At Penningtons, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and you have your receipt or order confirmation ready for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original price tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your refund.
